Job Hopping!

The following is a link for an article posted on Yahoo Finance: http://finance.yahoo.com/news/here-s-why-millennials-have-such-a-hard-time-sticking-with-one-job-202439537.html;_ylt=AwrBJR6ArVdUsHoAfaCTmYlQ After reading the article, I would like to hear from my students about their thoughts on it. What are the two factors for millennials, according to the article, that make them more likely to "bounce" from one job to another? Can this behavior actually hurt or help their career? Do my students think this is the way to go? Why or why not?

As we approach the half-way point in our career research, I want you to take a moment to reflect on some common themes concerning each cluster. For instance, in the Architecture and Construction cluster, there are some main, overarching ideas.

 1. Describe the Architecture and Construction cluster and what kinds of careers are part of that cluster. Please provide some specific career examples.

 2. Does your chosen career fall into this cluster? If it does, are there any specific steps or tips you can follow right now to advance towards your career goal. If it does not, are there any connections between this cluster and your chosen career. (Skills, education required, tools and technology, etc.?)
